Chef Solomonov is a beloved champion of Israel's extraordinarily diverse and vibrant culinary landscape. He has won several James Beard awards, including cookbook of the year and outstanding chef. He also hosted “In Search of Israeli Cuisine,” a documentary about Israeli cuisine and traditions.
